CERTIFICATION PROCEDURE

1c certification path

1. The applicant submits a certification application with all necessary documents to EPECC TIBER
2. The head of EPECC TIBER appoints an expert in charge of the application
3. EPECC TIBER (the appointed expert) reviews the application and decides whether or not to go ahead with the certification
4. EPECC TIBER selects and identifies samples from the applicant to carry out the tests. Samples can be taken:
   
   1. While the manufacturer’s production process is being audited
   2. By EPETL TIBER acting on the instructions of EPECC TIBER
   3. In some cases tests can be run on the premises of the applicant or on the premises where the equipment is installed
5. EPETL TIBER identifies and tests the sample equipment
6. EPECC TIBERaudits the production processes of the manufacturer
7. EPECC TIBER aggregates the test results and all the other information pertinent to the application and when the results are positive a certificate of conformance is issued to the applicant
8. Once the certificate of conformance has been issued information about it is submitted to the National Section of the Unified Register of Issued Standard Form Certificates of Conformance (Russian Accreditation)
